The HebelHalle in Heidelberg is a creative centre for contemporary art, founded in 1988 by Jai Gonzales and Bernhard Fauser. It offers space for dance, music, visual arts and media, including festivals such as ARTORT and the TANZBiennale. In addition to the main stage, the KĂĽnstlerhaus also includes a studio and exhibition space in the "sousol".
Founded in 1988 by Jai Gonzales and Bernhard Fauser, UnterwegsTheater focuses on innovation and experimentation, especially in the areas of dance, music, temporary architecture, visual arts and media.
In addition to the performance hall HebelHalle, with up to 500 possible seats, a spacious studio and exhibition area in the "sousol" is part of the concept.Â
In addition to its own choreographic work, UnterwegsTheater's diverse activities include the ARTORT, 720 STUNDEN, artycirc festivals, as well as the TANZBiennale and the Choreographisches Centrum in cooperation with the Theater und Orchester Heidelberg.
