Beschreibung
Let Tübingen's "chocolate side" pass you by from the water! Stiftskirche, Hölderlinturm, Evangelisches Stift, Burse and Schloss Hohentübingen line up like a string of pearls.
For a long time, punting was only allowed for those who owned their own punting boats, especially the student fraternities in Tübingen. This was to change, however, when the Bürger- und Verkehrsverein Tübingen (Tübingen Civic and Transport Association) first made it possible for anyone and everyone to take a trip on the Neckar in the 1980s by offering a punting barge to order. Since then, punting has become one of the most popular leisure activities in Tübingen. The people of Tübingen would never leave their punting boat to visitors and guests only! They enjoy a nice ride on the Neckar themselves and often extensively. But you also like to share!
