The Old Bathhouse in Eberbach is probably the best-preserved medieval bathhouse in Baden-WĂĽrttemberg.
The core of the building, a three-aisled late Gothic cross vault that rests on eight massive sandstone columns, was built in the 15th century. The former firebox in the middle of the vault is a relic from the time when hot tubs, steam and smoke dominated the scene here. Today there is a hotel in the building.
