Family-run winery on the outskirts of Heilbronn. We have been practicing organic viticulture for 30 years and have been a member of ECOVIN since 1990.

Complete renunciation of chemical-synthetic fertilizers and pesticides.

Beschreibung

Careful ageing, selective harvesting and a late harvest result in outstanding quality in harmony with nature.

White wine, Pinot Blanc, Rosé, Red wine, Sparkling wine, Sample packages

Red wines are fermented on the skins for up to four weeks and white wines are allowed to age on the fine lees until bottling.
