Murischloss

The Benedictine monastery of Muri is a castle-like, four-winged office building with a mansard roof. Above the red sandstone entrance is the coat of arms of Abbot Gerold I. The interior is partly decorated with stucco ceilings.

Today, the local administration is based in the premises of the Murischloss.

TIP: Combine a visit to the Murischloss with a circular walk along the 10-kilometre "Muriweg" and enjoy the magnificent view of the Albkette mountain range and Hohenzollern Castle.
