Our holiday flat Schmid is situated in Tübingen-Derendingen in a quiet location at the river Steinlach. It has 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and balcony. WLAN is available free of charge. Directly in front of the house is a free car parking space. From the balcony you have a wonderful view into nature. Despite the quiet location, you can reach the train station, several shops, the bakery or a butcher\'s shop within two kilometres. On foot at the Steinlach or by bicycle you can also reach Tübingen. The bus stop can be reached in two minutes. The garden is private and cannot be used.
Tübingen offers the castle or the Neckar front with Hölderlin tower, a punt on the Neckar and of course the old town.
To Stuttgart to the airport and the city it is 32-40 km. In the surroundings there is the castle Hohenzollern, as well as the Swabian Alb for hiking.
