A mandatory stop during your visit to Mannheim is to drop by the ice cream parlour Fontanella. Maestro Gelatiere Dario Fontanella invented his famous spaghetti ice cream here in 1969 - one of the sweetest seductions the city has to offer. This traditional ice cream parlour has a habit of coming up with new creations to this day.
